Pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals who care for transplant patients.

Program Description

Solid organ transplantation is an ever-evolving field with updates in pharmacotherapy and donor/recipient management continually challenging transplant providers to further advance their clinical knowledge and practice. This conference will provide experienced transplant clinicians the ability to gain a deeper understanding of some of the latest developments occurring throughout the transplant community in order to best care for their patients.

Highlighted topics include debunking transplant ID Myths, mental health in transplant recipients, transplant oncology, nuanced belatacept dosing, and the use of pharmacogenomics in transplant patients.

Registration Fee: $60.00
Registration Deadline: Monday, September 2, 2024

Registration fee includes up to 3.75 contact hours (0.375 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education credits. Nurses can earn up to 3.75 contact hours of continuing nursing education credits for the live/homestudy program. Advanced practice nurses may count a total of 3.0 contact hours for the pharmacotherapeutic educational requirement. All courses will be available for pharmacist CE as a future homestudies for CE. Pharmacists will receive a free access code for each session. If you received pharmacist CE for the live program, you cannot receive CE credit for the same sessions as a homestudy.

Handouts will be provided electronically for attendees to download and print before the conference.
